1. Are you a factory or a trader ?

We are a factory, we also have our own international trade team.

2. Can you do OEM or ODM Service?

We provide OEM/ODM service. If you have this requirement, please let us know before you placing an order.

3. How can i get a sample to check your quality ?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples for checking our quality .

4. What is your terms of payment? 

 T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. 

5.What is your terms of delivery?

 EXW, FOB, CFR, ClF, DDU. 

6.What’s your delivery time ?

Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. For special order, we can finish within 20 days.
